Car, truck and motorcycle owners and enthusiasts were invited to participate and attend a benefit car show that was held on Saturday, May 1, 2021, for Ernie Gray, owner of G & G Auto Parts. The car show was held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Downtown Dover with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The car show was sponsored by Tri-County Cruizers and all proceeds went to Ernie Gray for unexpected medical expenses.

The registration fee to participate in the car show was $20 per car and a raffle was held for several items that were donated by local businesses.

Organizers of the event stated that 164 cars and trucks registered and participated in the show and over 25 more vehicle later arrived to participate bring the total number of participating vehicles to over 189.

The benefit car show was not only a great event, it was a huge success and raised $18,000 that was presented to Ernie to assist him with his medical expenses.

Organizers state that they were overwhelmed by the number of people who participated and attended the car show. Many thanks are given to everyone who selflessly donated to assist Ernie and making the event such a huge success.
