The Pope County Sheriff’s Office and Pope County OEM Search and Rescue team have been dispatched to conduct a search for a 36-year-old woman who has been missing since last Saturday, May 2nd.

According to her family, Gabrielle Pemberton, 36, walked out of the front door of her home located in the area of Newman Road between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and hasn’t been seen or heard from since then. When Gabrielle left the residence, she was wearing a cubs t-shirt, white warm up pants and flip flops. She did not have any other belongings with her. Gabrielle is described to be a white female, has dark brown shoulder length hair with some red tints in it, is 5’10” and weighs 170 pounds.

Gabrielle’s family stated over the past few days, they have conducted searches of their property by foot and by using their tractor. After searching without any luck in finding Gabrielle, her family did find her flip flops.
