The Lamar Warriors defeated the Carlisle Bison 42-22 on Friday at Warrior Field.
Landon Harrison scored first on a 1-yard run with 4:45 left in the first quarter to make it 7-0 after the PAT.
Carlisle answered with a 44-yard touchdown run and picked up the 2-point conversion to go up 8-7 with 1:24 in the first.
Harrison scored of a 53-yard run with 1:06 in the first quarter to put the Warriors back on top 14-8. Jarrett Dalton broke loose on a 43-yard touchdown run to make it 21-8 with 7:03 still in the half.
Tony Balmer scored on a 20-yard run to make it 28-8 with 1:13 left in the half.
The Bison made it 28-14 with 5:50 left in the third, but Harrison scored a 43-yard touchdown run to make it 35-14 with 5:08 in the third.
Lee Harkreader scored on a 26-yard touchdown run to make it 42-14 with 11:52 left in the game.
Carlisle scored with 4:36 left to set the final score.
Landon Harrison finished the game 3-of-5 for 17 yards. He also had 148 yards on nine carries and three touchdowns. Tony Balmer had 81 yards on 11 carries and a touchdown. Lee Harkreader had 40 yards on three caries and a touchdown. Damien Hendrix had 54 yards on eight carries. Jarrett Dalton had 73 yards on four carries and a touchdown.
Balmer had 12 tackles.
Lamar travels to Pottsville on Friday.
